Summary
BLOOM does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. The game works fully offline, on a single device, with no account, no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases.
What stays on your device
The game saves your progress and settings (for example sound and display options) in a local file on your device or console. This data:
- is never sent off your device,
- is never accessible to the developer or to any third party,
- is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
What the game does not do
- Does not require an account, sign-in or registration.
- Does not collect identifying data (name, email address, location, phone number, contacts).
- Does not collect device identifiers or advertising identifiers.
- Does not use analytics, usage statistics, crash-reporting or tracking tools.
- Does not show ads and does not use third-party SDKs that could collect data.
- Does not access your camera, microphone, photos, files or location.
- Does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect any.
Network access
BLOOM does not connect to any server run by us or by third parties and sends no data about you or your device. The Android package declares standard network and billing permissions that come with the game engine; the game does not use them to transmit data.
Stores and platforms
BLOOM is distributed through Google Play (Android), the App Store (iOS) and the Nintendo eShop (Nintendo Switch). Your purchase and your store account are handled by the store under its own terms and privacy policy:

We receive no personal information from these stores beyond aggregated figures that their developer consoles report to us, such as installs and country.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever adds online features, this policy will be updated before they are released, and the date at the top of this page will change.
