Acceptance
By installing or playing BLOOM — A Fungal Singularity (the “Game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
Licence
XOR A Binary Research Sp. z o.o. (“we”) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on your own devices for private, non-commercial use. The Game remains our property; all rights not granted here are reserved.
What you may not do
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game; decompile, reverse engineer or extract its code, art, audio or text, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause; or use the Game in a way that breaks the law.
Purchase
The Game is a one-time purchase through the store of your platform (Google Play, the App Store or the Nintendo eShop). It has no advertising and no in-app purchases. Payments, refunds and your statutory consumer rights are handled by that store under its own terms and by the law that applies to you.
Your progress
Progress and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes them, and we cannot restore them.
Updates and availability
We may update the Game or stop supporting it. We aim to keep it working but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Warranty and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How the Game treats data is described in the Privacy Policy: we collect no personal data.
Changes
We may change these terms for future versions of the Game; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, without removing the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
